Hanging Coffins of the Bo People in south Sichuan is a heritage from the vanished ancient Bo minority. First appearing from about 2,000 years ago, the hanging coffins are part of the unique funeral and sacrifice customs of the ancient Bo people inhabited in southwestern China. With nearly 300 well-preserved coffins hung on the high cliffs, this site is known as China’s natural museum of hanging coffins.
During the trip, you will also have the opportunity to see the world-famous 71-meter-high Leshan Giant Buddha as well as explore China’s Jurassic Park – the renowned Zigong Dinosaur Museum.
