Tongzhi Dragon Kiln was established in the year of Tongzhi of Qing Dynasty, with a history of more than 150 years. Dragon kiln is a traditional Chinese form of the kiln, used for Chinese pottery, especially in southern China. The kiln is long and thin and has a fairly steep slope, up which it runs like a lying dragon, hence the name.
